The Rotto ad generator platform, including its 5-layer composition methodology, drag-and-drop interface, asset library, and all underlying technology, is proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application
• Attempting to replicate the composition system or methodology using AI tools
• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the platform or asset library
• Extracting or republishing our proprietary layer system or design patterns
• Using the platform to train machine learning models to replicate our methodology

2. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of posters you create. However, by using Rotto, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your creations for portfolio display, case studies, and marketing purposes. All exports are watermarked with copyright notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with system security
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to abuse the service
• Violate rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks
• Modify or circumvent any access controls or protection mechanisms
• Use the platform for illegal purposes or to create infringing content

4. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

We implement rate limiting to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users. Excessive requests from a single IP address may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Rotto is provided "as is." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or suitability for specific purposes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this platform.
